About Me
Hi ! This is Abdullah Al Marzan, a passionate researcher with a strong academic foundation in biochemistry, molecular biology, and computational sciences. My research journey has been driven by a deep curiosity to explore the molecular mechanisms of diseases, the power of computational biology, and the potential of AI-driven solutions in biomedical research.
I hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Bangladesh, where I cultivated expertise in molecular biology, microbiology, bioinformatics, and statistical modeling. Over the years, I have been actively engaged in wet lab research, clinical data analysis, and computational simulations, contributing to multiple interdisciplinary projects.
My research spans across infectious diseases, molecular dynamics, immunology, and metagenomics, with a special focus on genomic mutations, drug design, and vaccine development. As a Clinical Data Associate at the Toxicology Society of Bangladesh, I am involved in biomedical data analysis and visualization, ensuring high-quality research insights for healthcare applications. Previously, as a Medical Research Officer, I contributed to clinical studies on cervical cancer, PROM in pregnant women, and HPV vaccination strategies.
Beyond experimental research, I specialize in bioinformatics, molecular dynamics simulations, and deep learning applications in biological sciences. I have worked extensively on mutational analysis, structural biology, and computational drug discovery, applying Python, R, and machine learning algorithms to analyze complex biological datasets. My technical skills also include NGS data analysis, molecular docking, and statistical modeling using SPSS, GraphPad Prism, and Power BI.
With multiple peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals, my work has contributed to advancing biomedical research, infectious disease modeling, and computational drug discovery. My goal is to leverage my expertise in molecular biology and computational sciences to develop innovative solutions in precision medicine, vaccine design, and disease diagnostics.
I am now actively seeking fully funded PhD opportunities to further my research ambitions, collaborate with leading scientists, and contribute to groundbreaking discoveries in molecular biology, bioinformatics, and computational drug design. I am eager to join a dynamic research environment where I can apply my skills to solve real-world biomedical challenges and drive impactful scientific advancements.
🔗 Feel free to explore my research work, publications, and projects. I look forward to collaborating with esteemed researchers and institutions worldwide.
